● We have a signature service to make sure the package arrived safely, so please leave your contact number in note of order or send to me through message, we won't ship the item without a number.

 

Address

● We normally don't ship to a PO Box address with no one sign for the package, if must ship to a box address, buyer should bear responsibility if item lost.

● Gold vermeil jewelry is sterling silver covered in a thick layer of Gold color which looks exactly like real Gold. It is less expensive than pure Gold, so a much-preferred option for everyday jewelry. Gold Vermeil is different from Gold plated jewelry. In vermeil, the base metal is always sterling silver which is heavily plated with solid Gold color.

 

Terms & conditions

● Your satisfaction is important to us. if it does not matches with our description or manufacturing defects. No other returns are accepted.

● Buyer must inform us within 2 Days after receiving a product if there are any defects or problem.

● In case of return of the goods, buyer has to borne the shipping charges.

● Images that are uploaded in the listing are for reference purposes only, all images are clicked by us in natural daylight and the ring was made and shipped to our client, if you place the order the same will be made and shipped to you.

● We don't charge any sales tax on any sales made internationally. You will be responsible for all import duties in your country.

● Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances.

 

Returns

● Returns and Refunds are hassle-free when you buy from diamondjewelery.co. If there is a defect in the product shipped by us, you can return the product. You will apply for return only after verifying the defect in the product with us.

● Our policy lasts 30 days. You can ask for a refund within 10 days post-delivery If 10 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

● You have to email us at hello@diamondjewelery.co about a return for a refund within 10 days post delivery.

● Customized or Personalized order or Engraving on any jewelry done cannot be return or exchanged, as they are specially made on request for you on order basis.

● To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Refunds (If Applicable)

● Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

● The refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two or three days.

 

Late Or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)

● If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

● Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

● Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (If Applicable)

● We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@diamondjewelery.co and send your item on the address that will be emailed to you.

 

Gifts

● We will gift packing this order as per customer's wish

 

Shipping
● To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided by hello@diamondjewelery.co (please email at hello@diamondjewelery.co, before shipping back the jewelry or loose moissanite or any other gemstones)

● You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

● Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

● If you are shipping an item over $200, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
