Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, we provide a 1-year warranty on all our products along with lifetime services. However, it's important to note that our warranty does not cover wear and tear, loss of gemstones, theft, or loss of the product itself. Additionally, any damage or loss resulting from not obtaining necessary repairs to maintain the jewelry's integrity is also excluded.

 

Common issues not covered as manufacturing defects include:

• Discoloration of metals due to exposure to chemicals, makeup, pools, hot tubs, or bathing.
• Normal wear of precious metals and prongs, which may require periodic restoration.
• Damage to prongs from everyday use, leading to gemstone loss.
• Loss of gemstones due to wear or accidental damage.

Do lab-grown diamonds test the same as natural diamonds or moissanite?

• Lab-grown diamonds, whether created using Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) or High Pressure High Temperature HPHT) methods, possess the same chemical properties and physical appearance as natural diamonds. However, it's important to note that HPHT diamonds might test as moissanite in some testing methods. This is primarily due to the technology used in certain testers not being sufficiently advanced to distinguish effectively between these materials.
• On the other hand, CVD lab-grown diamonds will typically test as diamonds when using standard diamond testers or thermal testers. This is because these testers are designed to detect the unique thermal conductivity properties of diamonds, which CVD diamonds share.
